About County Auto Keys

County Auto Keys is a mobile locksmith in Cwmbran, so it travels to the customer rather than operating from a shop. Customers mention roadside car key replacement, vehicle entry and a broken key removed from a lock. Several describe quick arrival, often the day after first contact, and say the work was finished on site within a short time.

Reviews are mostly positive about communication and friendliness. One customer, however, reported a difficult experience with a vehicle recovery at an auction purchase, describing repeated delays and extra costs, so experiences with this business vary.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
