About County Homes Locksmiths

County Homes Locksmiths is a mobile locksmith based in Letchworth Garden City, covering the wider area rather than operating from a shop. Customers mention lockouts, lock changes, a broken door handle, and repairs to uPVC doors and windows, including a stiff front door lock and a misaligned bathroom window.

Reviewers describe prompt arrivals, a courteous and tidy approach, and plain explanations of the work. Several mention the owner researching parts for an unusual, hard-to-source locking mechanism and following up to confirm the correct replacement. Prices are described as reasonable, with no unexpected charges reported.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
