About HT Locksmiths

HT Locksmiths is a locksmith based in Letchworth Garden City. Customers mention lock replacements, multipoint locking system fitting, door repairs and lockout help, with one reporting a same-morning callout after losing a key. Reviews describe the service as prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, and several say the work was reasonably priced.

Not all experiences in the reviews are positive. One customer reported that a newly fitted multipoint system failed within months and that no receipt or written terms were given at the time of the job. Another praised the speed of response and quality of workmanship when a front door lock failed without warning.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
