About Engine House Locks

Engine House Locks is a locksmith based in Camborne. Customers mention a range of work, including lockouts, cutting and coding replacement car keys, and supplying spare keys for work vans. Reviewers describe the service as prompt, with arrival times often within a few hours and occasionally the same day. Several say the locksmith kept them informed by phone or messaging about timings and the steps involved.

Customers also say the work was explained clearly before it began and that pricing was discussed upfront. Some note that the cost compared favourably with a main dealer or with alternatives such as a hotel stay. Reviewers describe the locksmith as friendly, professional and easy to deal with.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
