About I Need A Car Key

I Need A Car Key is a locksmith service based in Callington. Its Google listing describes it as an emergency locksmith service, and the business is not limited to a set service area. Customers who have written reviews mention car lockouts, including a case where a child was locked inside a vehicle, and report that the locksmith arrived quickly, including one customer who said the visit took place late at night.

Reviewers describe the service as friendly and thankful, and one describes the price as reasonable. The reviews focus on lockout callouts, so customers have not reported on other work such as key cutting or lock fitting.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
