About Jurassic Locks

Jurassic Locks is a locksmith based in Weymouth, serving the local area and not a mobile-only service. Customers describe the firm as a source of car lockout help and key replacement, which matches the summary on its listing. Reviewers mention being locked out of a car, losing a car key, and getting a front door working again, with some saying the firm arrived quickly once called.

Other customers report repeat work on vehicle locking systems, including a barrel housing replacement, central locking repairs and an ignition cut-out switch fitted to a van. One reviewer who drives an older motorhome says the technician diagnosed an immobiliser fault without relying solely on diagnostic tools. Reviewers describe the work as professional and reliable.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
