About Keys from the Quay & Southwest Engravers
Keys from the Quay & Southwest Engravers is a key duplication service in Newquay. Customers describe a shop-based service rather than a mobile one, and mention key cutting, including a garage door key, along with engraving work on hard and awkwardly shaped items. Reviewers report that the team explained what the engraving equipment could and could not achieve on difficult surfaces before starting, and that some jobs were completed quickly, with one customer asking to be texted once the work was finished.
Customers also describe the staff as friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Several say a lock or key problem was resolved through a conversation in the shop, and one reports that a new key worked straight away. Reviewers generally describe the service as quick and efficient.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
