About LG Lock and Security Ltd

LG Lock and Security Ltd is a locksmith based in Southampton. Customers mention help getting into a car after a lockout and a rapid response to a tenant's broken key in a front door lock, which one landlord described as part of ongoing work on rental properties. Reviewers describe the staff as friendly, professional and quick to respond, and say communication was clear throughout.

Several reviewers say the charges were reasonable, and one describes the service as good value across repeat jobs. The reviews are short and positive, and the business does not appear in a Google summary, so the picture is limited to what these customers report.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
