About Taylor Carpenters

Taylor Carpenters is a carpentry business in Southampton. The listing is based on checked business details and customer reviews, and the business is not a 24-hour service. Customers mention door fitting work, including fire doors and replacing a set of interior oak-finish doors with their fixtures and fittings, as well as the arrival time being kept.

Customers describe the tradesman as professional, friendly and willing to change appointment times. Reviewers mention keeping them updated while parts were on order, leaving the work area clean and tidy, and taking away the old doors. Some note the job itself was not especially tidy during work, though the area was cleaned up at the end of the day.

Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
