Customers describe the service as quick to respond, with some saying the locksmith arrived within the hour, even in busy traffic, and fixed the problem promptly. Several reviewers say the communication was clear, including sending an estimate in advance and keeping in touch by phone and text. Before you book

Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
