About Optimus Locksmiths
Optimus Locksmiths is based in Corby and works as an independent locksmith rather than a shop-only business, so it is not limited to a single fixed location. Customers mention a range of work, including repairing a door that could not be locked, a lost key to a roofbox, and lock problems on a newly built house. Several describe quick arrival at short notice, with one reporting attendance within an hour.
Customers often describe the work as repair rather than replacement, with one saying a simpler fix was found instead of a full mechanism change. Reviewers mention clear explanations of the options, a fair price, and a return visit to adjust a repair. The business is listed as open around the clock on this directory.

Before you book
Ask for the total price, including the call-out, before the locksmith sets off, and ask whether they will try to open a locked door without drilling it. If the price changes a lot once they arrive, you can say no. Our guide to choosing a locksmith covers the warning signs.
The NNAL Locksmith Directory is independent and not connected with Optimus Locksmiths. Details come from Google Maps and were last checked November 2026. Is this business closed, or is the listing wrong? Tell us; business owners can ask for changes or removal the same way.
